There is a big difference between dwelling on a feeling versus acknowledging and noticing that we feel one way or another. When we notice and acknowledge our feelings we honor and respect them and ourselves and give them the attention that they need. we LISTEN. What is your definition of emotional freedom? Many years ago, before I was coping with cancer, I tended to think that emotional freedom is all about feeling a sense of balance and contentment all the time.
